Extended Stay FAQ's
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card or Debit Card payments only. We do not accept cash payments or personal checks.
If I do not pay my rent on time, are there any late fees?
All accounts where rental payments are not received by the end of business at the end of the grace period are charged a $45 late fee.
Do you have an Autopay program available?
All guests are strongly encouraged to participate in our Autopay program. Your monthly payment will be charged to your card on a designated date of the month, provided the date is on your due date or within your 5-day courtesy grace period.
Is there a grace period for the rental payments due date?
Rent payments are due on your arrival anniversary date. As a courtesy to our guests, we have a 5-day grace period.
Is there a deposit for our monthly rates reservation?
Deposits are currently valued at $600. The deposit will remain on the account and applied to the last month’s electric statement, with the credit balance refunded to the card within 7 days of departure.
Does the fixed monthly rate run for 30 days?
The fixed monthly rate follows an arrival anniversary date, meaning if you arrive on the 5th of the month, your next rent is due on the 5th of the following month regardless of the number of days in the month.
