Check-In/Check-Out
RV Site check-in time is 1:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Villa check-in is 3:00pm, and check-out is 10:00am. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and additional charges.
Visitors
All visitors are subject to daily fees and must be accompanied by the paying guest.
Parking
Only one RV and one passenger vehicle are allowed per site. All vehicles must be parked at the site or in designated guest parking areas and must be registered with the office. Overnight off-site parking is available for a fee. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed. Vehicles are not allowed to park on empty sites.
Motorized Vehicles
All vehicles must have current registration and liability insurance.
Speed Limit
The resort speed limit is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and safely.
Washing Services
Sergio’s RV Wash and Wax is the only authorized vendor. Call (760) 989-9226 to schedule an appointment.
Site Appearance
Guests must keep their site clean, neat, and orderly. No storage is allowed under RVs. No “for sale” signs, commercial activity, or clotheslines. Only propane fire pits, grills, and stoves are allowed. Use solar lights only—no charcoal or wood fires permitted.
Tent Camping
Not permitted. RVs must be self-contained.
Trash
Place bagged trash on the cement corner of your site by 9:00am for daily pick-up. Do not leave trash out overnight.
Conduct
No actions that could endanger health, safety, or disturb others are permitted. This includes excessive noise, intoxication, fighting, profanity, or illegal conduct. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in public areas. Private parties require pre-approval. Off-road vehicles, dirt bikes, and ATVs are prohibited. No maintenance or repair work on vehicles or RVs without resort consent. Changing oil is also prohibited.
Notice: Under California Civil Code Section 799.20, a recreational vehicle may be removed without judicial hearing after 72-hour notice if the guest has been at the resort 30 days or less and has failed to pay or comply with resort rules.
Swimming
Pools and spas are for registered guests. Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest and approved by management. No children in diapers or those who are incontinent are allowed in pools or spas. No cut-off jeans or nudity. Proper swimwear required. Pool may close for organized events. No running, diving, ball throwing, inflatables, or glass containers. No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades in the pool area.
Bicycles
Bikes must be stored in or behind RVs—not in landscaped or common areas. Bikes must be locked and may only be used on roadways—not sidewalks, grass, or other non-road areas.
Tennis & Pickleball
Equipment is available at the Front Office.
Mail is delivered to the Front Desk. Staff will call when packages arrive.
Internet
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available—no password required. Contact SkyWeb at (989) 771-7100 for support. Upgraded service is available for an extra fee.
