Does the resort have a dump station onsite?
Yes, we have a public dump station. If you are not a current guest with us, you can dump for a nominal fee. Call us at (619) 768-1090Â for details and rates.
What RV information does the resort need before I arrive?
Proof of current RV registration and insurance is required for all RV's staying on a monthly basis.
What’s the speed limit inside the resort?
The resort speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive your RVs and vehicles slow to keep our guests safe.
Does the resort have parking for extra vehicles?
Yes. You may park passenger vehicles on the RV site or in our designated guest parking areas. All alphabetical parking spaces are assigned "paid" parking spaces and not available without contacting our front desk. All illegally parked vehicles will be towed.
What’s the resort’s cancellation and reservation change policy?
Here is the breakdown:
Nightly Stays
Deposit:
For reservations more than 3 days in advance: 1 night + tax.
For reservations made 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of stay.Cancellation:
If canceled more than 3 days before arrival, a $25 fee will be charged.
If canceled within 3 days of arrival (after 12 pm), 100% of the deposit will be charged.
Weekly Stays
Deposit:
Arrival more than 7 days before check-in: 25% of the stay.
Arrival 7 days or less: 100% of stay.Cancellation:
If canceled more than 7 days before arrival, a $25 fee will be charged.
If canceled within 7 days of arrival (after 12 pm), 100% of the deposit will be charged.
Monthly Stays
Deposit:
A $800 deposit is required for all monthly stays.Cancellation:
If canceled more than 14 days before arrival, a $25 fee will be charged.
If canceled within 14 days of arrival (after 12 pm), 100% of the deposit will be charged.
What’s the resort’s cancellation policy if I booked through Basecamp?
- Nightly: 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when cancelled 3 days prior to arrival (after 12 p.m.)
- Weekly: 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival (after 12 p.m.)
- Monthly: 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival (after 12 p.m.)
How can I change or modify my reservation with the resort?
Nightly & Weekly: If changed/modified within 3 days of arrival (after 12PM), a fee equal to the guest's first night will apply.
Monthly: If changed/modified within 7 days of arrival (after 12PM), a fee equal to 50% of the deposit will apply.
Does the resort offer anything for rent?
We can recommend several RV rental companies that that deliver the RV right to your site at the Circle RV Resort in San Diego County. Please check with our front desk for vendor information.

Yes, Circle RV Resort is located near several well-known casinos, all within a short drive:
Sycuan Casino Resort – About 8 miles away, Sycuan offers slot machines, table games, poker, bingo, multiple restaurants, a hotel, spa, and a pool complex with a lazy river.
Jamul Casino – Approximately 15 miles from the resort, this casino features slot machines, table games, and a variety of dining options.

Circle RV Resort is located in El Cajon, California, just east of San Diego. The resort is easily accessible via major highways:
From Interstate 8 (I-8):
Take the Greenfield Drive exit. Head south on Greenfield Drive, then turn right onto East Main Street. The resort will be on your right.From Interstate 15 (I-15):
Take I-15 to I-8 East, then follow the directions above from I-8.
Does the resort have laundry facilities?
Yes. We offer an on-site and well-maintained laundry facility with brand new front load washers and dryers. Our modern machines take debit and credit cards, only.
Does the resort offer any discounts?
Yes, Circle RV Resort offers a variety of discounts and special rates to help guests save on their stay:
Military Discount: Active and retired military personnel receive 20% off stays up to 14 days. A valid military ID is required at check-in. This discount cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to availability.
Midweek Special: Enjoy 20% off the Best Available Rate for stays from Sunday through Thursday nights. This offer is valid through December 31, 2025, excludes weekends and blackout dates, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Good Sam Members: Members receive 10% off the Best Available Rate when booking online using the promo code GOODSAM. This offer is subject to blackout dates and minimum stay requirements during peak periods.
Monthly Rates: Circle RV Resort also offers competitive monthly rates for guests looking for an extended stay. These rates vary based on site type and season, and availability may be limited.

Does the resort have a loyalty or rewards program?
Yes. We offer an exciting Loyalty Program designed to recognize and reward our loyal guests. One of the first loyalty programs introduced in the Outdoor Hospitality industry, it positions Sunland RV Resorts to remain a leader in the industry. Once enrolled, guests will earn points based on the total dollars spent. When guests earn a specified number of points, as defined by each loyalty level, their status within the program will elevate. At each loyalty level, guests will enjoy unique benefits and the chance to earn points faster.
